This is a very personal issue for me. After having experienced burnout, compassion fatigue and secondary trauma, as well as researching it thoroughly during my graduate degree, this is an issue that I feel called upon to help others with. Having moved through these psychological, emotional and ultimately spiritual wounds and into healing, I have a deep resource to support you in your journey to health and wellness – to feel alive and caring again – to help you reconnect to the caring and compassion that brought you into the line of work you were drawn to – to serve self and others in a way that is sustainable and healthy.
