- Movement psychotherapy sessions and conventional counselling sessions (75-90 minutes) are $120.00 CAD (HST included). This is in-line with the suggested fees for Registered Clinical Counsellors and Psychotherapists for 60- minute sessions.
- 4-session packages for either movement psychotherapy or conventional counselling are available for $440 CAD (HST included-$110 per session - save $40)
- For those who are interested in committing to explore a specific issue/intention through each of the 5 Rhythms, starting and ending in stillness, (Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, I offer a six-session WAVE Package for $ 630.00 CAD (HST included $105.00/session – save $90.00)
- Relationship counselling or relationship movement psychotherapy sessions (75-90 minutes) are $130.00 CAD (HST included).
- 4-session packages for relationship counselling or relationship movement psychotherapy are $460 CAD (HST included - $115 per session - save $60).
If you, or your spouse/parent, have an extended health care package through your work/school that covers a Psychologist or a Counsellor, you may be eligible for these sessions through this benefit. Ask me for details about this.
I do have a limited capacity for sliding scale ($75.00 sessions), barter/exchange clients and pro bono (free) clients for those who have need.
